Job Description
Hayes Locums is supporting a Wyoming-based hospital in their search for a locum tenens oncologist. This temporary role involves providing care to a patient population that is 20% hematology and 80% oncology. You will manage an average of 12 patients per day, with 1-2 new consults daily. Call requirements include clinic/practice call approximately every 3rd weekend and 1-2 days per weekday, as well as inpatient call from home with rounding on admitted patients as needed. Support staff includes an LPN for rooming and scheduling, with an MA as backup, and an RN triage nurse on site.
