Urology Coverage Needed for Arizona Medical Facility

Job Description
An Arizona-based hospital is searching for ongoing urology coverage starting as soon as possible. This opportunity is looking to review candidates with 1-2 weeks of availability. As the locums provider, you will be taking call coverage. Board certified or board eligible providers are required. Arizona licensed or active IMLC providers are preferred due to the urgency of coverage. Hayes Locums will assist with applying for the state license and will partner with you to assist with all hospital privileging paperwork.
