Job Description

A practice in Maine is seeking a board-certified physician specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation to provide outpatient-only locum tenens coverage. The schedule runs Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no call responsibilities. The clinic sees an average of 25 patients per day, with a patient population that is 100% adult. The caseload includes 50% sports/orthopedic cases and 10% medical rehab, and providers must be comfortable performing EMGs. You’ll work alongside advanced practitioners and have support from a designated MA, with additional staff shared across the practice. PT and OT services are available onsite, and the facility uses Epic EMR.
