A hospital in Connecticut is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrist for a full-time locum tenens assignment. This role is entirely on-site and hospital-based, with a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5 PM—no after-hours or call coverage required. You’ll be managing adult inpatients on a psychiatric unit, including mental health and dual diagnosis cases. The caseload includes approximately 10 inpatients daily, along with 2 psychiatric consults on the medical floor each Monday and one additional weekday.
