A Louisiana medical center is in need of a Neonatal-Perinatal Nurse Practitioner for ongoing locum tenens coverage within a high-acuity NICU. This role includes 24-hour shifts, with providers scheduled for a minimum of three shifts per month and no back-to-back 24-hour assignments. Responsibilities include managing complex neonatal patients and performing NICU procedures. The unit is supported by a collaborative team that includes neonatal nurse practitioners, in-house neonatologists, fellows, and attending physicians available 24/7. This position does not include delivery attendance or ECMO cases.
