Job Description

We have a Minnesota facility in need of a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Nurse Practitioner for ongoing locum tenens coverage. This role is in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting and focuses on evaluating hospitalized adult patients who may be appropriate candidates for inpatient rehabilitation services. The schedule follows a 7-on / 7-off rotation beginning on Tuesday mornings, with 8-hour shifts and no call responsibilities. Providers will work within the Epic EMR system and collaborate with an established care team supporting rehabilitation assessments and care planning. Minnesota-licensed candidates are preferred due to the expedited timeline for this need.
