A children's hospital in Ohio is seeking a Pediatric Nephrologist to help support a short-staffed team with inpatient coverage. This assignment includes seven shifts per month and is focused on inpatient nephrology care with occasional coverage of the inpatient dialysis unit when acute concerns arise. The patient census typically ranges from two to three patients and rarely exceeds five. Approximately 95% of patients are pediatric, with infrequent consultations in the neonatal intensive care unit.
