We are in this together. We are here to help during this unprecedented time in our country’s history. And while there are daily changes disrupting all our lives, despite the uncertainty, we will get through this together.

Thank you to our physicians, advanced practice clinicians and the hospitals and healthcare systems on the front lines of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic. As the number of confirmed cases continues to rise in the U.S., the infrastructure to oxygenate and take care of people in these settings, to keep them alive and give them a chance of recovery is going to be a team effort for all medical professionals. It is for this reason that our drive to work with providers, hospitals and healthcare systems in communities nationwide has made us stronger than ever.

Count on Us

From day one, Hayes Locums has acted as a liaison for physicians and advanced practice clinicians to compassionately serve patients in communities nationwide, including those often underserved. Now, as we face untold challenges of COVID-19, our mission and standards hold true: Hayes Locums is dedicated to doing the right thing, every time. We are steadfast to fulfill and deliver quality patient care nationwide.

And, we are ready and supportive as ever, to partner with our providers and our clients — to ensure that critical personnel are available to fill urgent medical staffing roles immediately. Aligning with our hospital and healthcare system clients is never more important than right now. We are aware of the critical need and increased demand for specialties. Let us know what your exact staffing needs are so we can fill these provider positions quickly and efficiently with high-caliber specialists with the skill sets required.

We have been receiving calls and queries from providers all over the country — individuals who are seeking to fill locum roles immediately. From urban hospital settings to rural locations, these providers are geared up to take on patient caseloads during this national emergency. It is reassuring to know that so many providers are reaching out to us and are poised to help. We are grateful to all of you for all that you do, every day, but especially now when so many lives are potentially at risk.

"Now, as we face untold challenges of COVID-19, our mission and standards hold true: Hayes Locums is dedicated to doing the right thing, every time. We are steadfast to fulfill and deliver quality patient care nationwide."

Provider Screenings

To deal with the first waves of Coronavirus COVID-19, we have instituted a screening questionnaire for all providers who will be starting locums assignments. This is being done out of an abundance of caution for all our providers and clients.

The Screening Checklist for Hayes Locums providers covers the following:

  • Related symptoms
  • Proximity to someone exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19
  • Related international travel or proximity to someone who has traveled out of the country
  • Status of COVID-19 cases at healthcare settings where the provider has recently worked

"Thank you to our providers and the hospitals and healthcare systems on the front lines of the Coronavirus COVID-19 pandemic."
