Job Description

A medical center in Illinois is seeking a general non-invasive cardiology physician to provide inpatient rounding and call support for one to two weeks per month in a structured hospital setting. This role includes Monday through Friday coverage from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm with additional in-house weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday for up to eight hours per day, along with limited call responsibilities including one weeknight and one weekend of overnight call as needed. The position is well suited for physicians who are comfortable managing inpatient cardiology cases while maintaining a consistent schedule with a defined scope of care in a collaborative environment.
