A hospital in North Carolina is seeking a hospitalist to support flexible inpatient coverage on a med‑surg service. In this assignment, you will work one to two weeks per month covering a mix of day and night shifts, with options that include 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., or 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. During night shifts, your focus will be primarily on new admissions and consults, with minimal rounding responsibilities. You will work alongside a well‑supported nighttime team that includes four APPs and one to three residents, and there is no ICU coverage required.
