We are assisting an Ohio-based hospital in its search for a Pediatric physician to provide ongoing inpatient coverage. This role includes 24-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m., with approximately 12 to 15 hours spent in house, followed by call coverage after daily rounds. Physicians will work alongside a day hospitalist and orthopedic APP within an established care team. The average daily census is approximately 12 patients, and Epic is utilized for documentation. Candidates should be comfortable attending deliveries and meet NRP certification requirements.
