Job Description
A Washington hospital is looking for an OBGYN physician to provide hospitalist support, including rounding, admissions, and OB ED coverage. This role includes 12‑hour shifts, with a mix of both day and night availability needed. The average daily census is approximately 10 patients. While the locum will serve as the sole OB hospitalist on shift, clinic‑based OB/GYN physicians will also round in the unit to support continuity of care. The hospital uses Epic EMR, and BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Coverage needs include approximately eight shifts per month, and the team aims to cluster those shifts for efficient travel.
