The National Association of Medical Staff Services (NAMSS) is an industry leader in promoting credentialing standards. NAMSS equips medical staffing professionals to positively impact access to quality healthcare, by empowering them with tools to appropriately screen medical providers and ultimately ensure that their patients are in good hands.
In the last year, multiple members of our credentialing leadership team have passed the Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) examination and the Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) examination!
With the pass rate of the CPCS exams at only 39% in 2023, sitting for the exams is an enormous commitment of time and energy. Our credentialing leadership team spent a combined time of 2,270+ hours studying for their exams over several months, and we couldn’t be prouder of their dedication to pursuing the highest possible standard of professional development.
These certifications are a huge differentiator when it comes to competency in credentialing. By adhering to the highest possible standards in credentialing, we can be even more confident in giving our providers the Hayes Locums stamp of quality before they enter facilities.

In fact, we offer a full reimbursement on their exam costs, ongoing credentialing membership costs, and a bonus for passing the NAMSS exam and getting certified.
